Most of what people want built does not need to exist yet. The first call is mostly me arguing you down to the smallest thing that would prove someone wants it.

Auth, payments, the model layer and the credit system are already done and already in production elsewhere. That is why this takes weeks rather than a hiring plan.

Not a status update, a link you open on your own phone without me on the call. If you cannot open it, it does not exist yet.
